1. The 2018 RIDER TEAM CARD Rewards Program (the “Program”) runs from 9:00
AM (CST) on April 1, 2018 to 11:59 PM (CST) on March 31, 2019 (the “Program
Term”). This is a change from the 2017 program (with an earlier start and end date) in
recognition of the change in start to the 2018 CFL Season.
The Program is offered at the discretion of the Saskatchewan
Roughriders. Participation in the Program is subject to the following Terms and
Conditions. The Saskatchewan Roughrider Football Club has the right, in its sole discretion, to
adapt, limit, modify or cancel the Program or these Terms and Conditions at any
time, with or without notice. Please check rewards.riderville.com (the“Portal”)
frequently for updates to these Program Terms and Conditions. Your continued
participation in the Program constitutes your acceptance of any changes to the
Program or these Terms and Conditions.
2. The Program is available only to 2018 Roughriders season ticket holders, club seat
members, who:(a) are residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) over the age of
majority in the province in which you live; and (b) who have been provided a RIDER
TEAM CARD (“Eligible Participants”). Saskatchewan Roughrider staff, board or
directors, alumni, sponsors and their immediate family members are not eligible to
participate in the Program.
3. By purchasing your 2018 Roughriders season seats (purchased prior to June 1 st ,
2018), Eligible Participants are automatically enrolled in the Program. To redeem
Points you must activate your RIDER TEAM CARD on the Portal and accept these
Terms and Conditions during the Program Term. You can start earning points
(“Points”) right away, and you may start redeeming Points at any time during the
4. Due to the change to the start and end date for the 2018 Rider Team Card Program,
points earned from the 2017 Program from June 1, 2017 until May 31, 2018 by participants who are
not eligible for the 2018 Rider Team Card Rewards Program will remain able to redeem those 2017 points
until May 31, 2018 (and unused 2017 points will then expire). If you are eligible for the 2018 Rider Team
Card Program, you may redeem 2017 points earned until March 31, 2018 but only until May 31, 2018.
Your 2018 Program points will begin on May 1, 2018 and will accrue for your 2018 Points.
PROGRAM UPDATES AND OTHER EMAILS
5. Communications about the Program will be sent to Eligible Participants by email.
Eligible Participants must provide a valid email address to enroll and participate in
the Program and are responsible for keeping their email information up-to- date. By
accepting the Terms and Conditions, you are opting in to an email subscription for
information related to the Program and/or the Saskatchewan Roughriders. You may
choose to opt out of receiving marketing communications from the Saskatchewan
Roughriders at any time, however in order for you to redeem Points and to
administer your account, the Saskatchewan Roughriders may continue to send you
transactional emails and other emails as permitted or required by law.
6. Eligible Participants will earn and redeem Points in accordance with the Point
Schedule set forth on the Portal. The Saskatchewan Roughriders may, among other
things: (a) increase or decrease the minimum number of Points able to be accrued,
or increase or decrease the number of Points required to redeem a specific offering
(each offering, a “Reward”); (b) withdraw, limit, modify, or cancel any Reward; (c)
limit the Rewards available; (d) set or change caps on the number of Points that may
be earned through any purchase or activity; or (e) change Program benefits,
conditions of participation, rules for earning, redeeming, retaining, or forfeiting
Points, or rules governing the use of specific Rewards.
7. Eligible Participants are responsible for maintaining accurate and updated personal
information with the Saskatchewan Roughriders. Updates to personal information can
be made by notifying the Saskatchewan Roughriders by email or phone through the
contact information provided below. The Saskatchewan Roughriders are not
responsible for RIDER TEAM CARDS or Rewards that are not received as a result of
erroneous or out dated personal information.
8. The Saskatchewan Roughriders are not responsible for lost or stolen Rider Team
Cards. Rewards Program Participants who have lost their RIDER TEAM CARD can
request a replacement card by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 1-888-474-3377 option 3.
9. Points will begin to be accrued beginning April 1, 2018 and will cease to be
accrued on March 31, 2019. Rewards are able to be redeemed beginning at any time
providing there are enough Points in an account for Reward redemption. The
Program will end at 11:59 PM CST on March 31, 2019, at which time all Points will
expire. Points will not carry over into any subsequent year or program.
10. Points are redeemed for their full value. No credit will be issued for any unused
Rewards or Points not redeemed. Points that are not used prior to March 31, 2019 will cease to
be eligible for any rewards claimed after that date.
11. Blackout dates may apply and are set by the Saskatchewan Roughriders and are
subject to change without notice.
12. Points and Rewards may not be re-sold, transferred or assigned by any means, electronic or otherwise.
The Saskatchewan Roughriders reserves the right to revoke and not honour any
Rewards or Points that have been resold.
13. In case of fraud or abuse involving the Program, the Saskatchewan Roughriders
will have the right to take appropriate administrative and/or legal action, including
but not limited to revocation/cancellation of Points and Rewards.
14. Points and Rewards have no cash value, may not be redeemed for cash, and
may not be used in connection with any other offer or discount.
15. All questions or disputes regarding eligibility will be resolved in sole discretion by
the Saskatchewan Roughriders. The Saskatchewan Roughriders also have the sole
discretion to interpret and apply these Terms and Conditions.
16. This Program shall be governed in accordance with the laws of Saskatchewan,
and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Earning and redeeming of Points and
Rewards are subject to all applicable local laws and regulations. Void where
prohibited. Awards are offered in good faith, however they may not be available if
prohibited or restricted by applicable law or regulation. If any part of these Terms
and Conditions is held to be unlawful or unenforceable, that part will be deemed
deleted from these Program Terms and Conditions in such jurisdiction and the
remaining provisions will remain in force.
17. Saskatchewan Roughriders waiver of any breach of these Terms and Conditions
shall not constitute a waiver of any other prior or subsequent breach of these Terms
and Conditions. Its failure to insist upon strict compliance with these Terms and
Conditions shall not be deemed a waiver of any rights or remedies that it may have
against that or any other participant in the Program.
18. By participating in the Program the Eligible Participant agrees, to the full extent
permitted by law, to permit the Saskatchewan Roughriders, its agents and
representatives, to use his or her voice or likeness in any media now or hereafter
existing in connection with the Program and/or the Saskatchewan Roughriders for
any purpose whatsoever including the commercial purposes of the Saskatchewan
19. The Saskatchewan Roughriders are not responsible for any e-mail notifications
that are bounced back or misdirected.
20. The Saskatchewan Roughriders are not responsible for Rewards lost, misdirected
or delayed via mail or over email, nor does it guarantee on time delivery of Rewards.
There are no guarantees that requested dates or Rewards requested will be
available. The Saskatchewan Roughriders reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to
limit the number of and type of Rewards, passes, suites and experiences made
available for the duration of the Program, the 2017 season and each game.
BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM AND/OR REDEEMING POINTS AND/OR
ACCEPTING ANY REWARD, THE MEMBER AGREES THAT SASKATCHEWAN
ROUGHRIDERS AND ITS AFFILIATES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS,
DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS (COLLECTIVELY, THE
“RELEASED PARTIES”) WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY WHATSOEVER
FOR, AND SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS BY MEMBERS AGAINST, ANY LIABILITY FOR
ANY INJURIES, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING WITHOUT
LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE OR
EXEMPLARY DAMAGES) TO PERSONS, INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH, OR
PROPERTY ARISING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY,
ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, MISUSE OR USE OF A REWARD, OR PARTICIPATING IN
THE PROGRAM OR ANY PROGRAM OR REWARD-RELATED ACTIVITY. THE RELEASED
PARTIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF ANY REWARD CANNOT BE AWARDED. IN NO
EVENT SHALL THE RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DELAY IN OR
FAILURE TO PERFORM DUE TO CAUSES BEYOND OUR CONTROL, INCLUDING,
WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY ACT OF GOD, ACT OF WAR, NATURAL DISASTER,
WEATHER, TERRORISM, OR ANY ACT OR OMISSION OF A THIRD PARTY. THIS
SECTION WILL SURVIVE THE PROGRAM TERM.
You cannot activate your RIDER TEAM CARD Reward Program account because you do not meet the minimum age requirement.
